CPM services have three characteristics:
- (a) flexibility, in order to adapt to the client’s needs at every phase of an asset’s lifecycle;
- (b) the scrupulous integrity of all the services based on the principles and good practices of project management, and
- (c) an essential goal: client satisfaction by achieving the pre-established goals that have been agreed between the Client and the CPM team (cost, delivery date, quality, profitability, functionality, sustainability, amongst others, that are chosen by the Client as a measure of the project’s success).
